On November 4th 2016, the Münsterland School opened its doors and offered its visitors a wide range of information and suggestions about the support of hearing-impaired children and young people.
All areas of the Münsterlandschule - the consultation center, early intervention, kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and the open all-day school - opened their doors and gave an insight into their everyday life. Visitors were also able to get information from many cooperation partners: the Caritasverband Emsdetten-Greven, the consultation center for hearing-impaired people from the Paritätischer Sozialverband, the Integrationsfachdienst, the practice for occupational therapy Bastian Elling, the practice for speech therapy Andra Bach as well as Jürgen Brackmann from the Deutscher Schwerhörigenbund.
The teachers who support hearing-impaired pupils in learning together took advantage of the day and met for a further professional exchange after the general programme.
